Has it been regummed or do you mean that the gum is intact. It seems to have s thin or is that the photo w*****4 (217 • 1:53 pm, Sat, 1 JunHi, sorry, unsure how to tell between gummed and regummed. I'm guessing a 'thin' is where the gum is a bit thinner?? Sorry, as you can see I'm no expert.
