THIS IS A LOVELY QUALITY, ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SCOTCH CHEST OF DRAWERS, DATING FROM BETWEEN 1860 AND 1880. IT HAS A ROUNDED EDGE TO THE TOP WITH A HIDDEN FLAMED MAHOGANY FRIEZE DRAWER. THIS IS ABOVE TWO DRAWERS OVER THREE LONG DRAWERS ALL OF WHICH ARE BEECH LINED WITH ABSOLUTELY ORIGINAL GLASS HANDLES WITH INSET MOTHER OF PEARL ESCUTCHEONS. TO EACH SIDE THERE IS A ROUND COLUMN WITH LOVELY TURNINGS TO THE TOP AND BOTTOM. IT STANDS ON A DEEP PLINTH BASE ON TURNED MAHOGANY FEET. A VERY GEORGOUS AND UNIQUE PIECE.

THIS IS A SUPERB QUALITY ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MAHOGANY CHEST AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH A LOVELY COLOUR AND DEEP ORIGINAL PATINATION TO THE MAHOGANY. (NO KEYS AS HAVE MISPLACED)
