Looking at the Scooter, We can’t see any obvious damage from its time in the wrong hands, We did notice that the glass display is scratched but still visible, The handle bar clamp seemed to not be as snug a fit as a new one which appears to be normal for a used scooter. One of our staff use to have a similar scooter and apparently its common for the handlebar clamp to get loose over time and people buy/3d print shims to solve that (refer google)

We have had a quick ride around the office carpark and seemed to ride fine.
