• Trailer is customed made from galvanized steel and coated with rust resistant paint.
• Windows are double glazed with venting window latchs.
• Hot water is supplied through an infiniti hot water system.
• there is a 2 gas hob.
• Gas is supplied by 2 x 10kg, 'BBQ style', gas bottles, easily filled at any petrol station which supplies gas.
• 2 x gas cylinders are included.
• There is 1 x smoke alarm and 1 x Co2 sensor
• The double bed lifts up on gas struts to access extra storage beneath the bed, and is super comfortable.
• All furniture and appliances are included in price of $130,000 inc gst
• The power source is a simple 15amp caravan plug, and 10m cable will be included. You will just need to Have a caravan outlet installed on your property, by an electrician.
• Water in, is a simple garden hose style attachment, a sanitary hose will be included. a Single inline 1 micron water filter housing has been installed, and i have put a new filter in ready to go.
• Waste is out through a gravity 100mm outlet pipe, like a typical house wastewater system.

The Tiny home was finished and delivered to Waiheke on the 10th of August 2023, and has been tenanted by single tenant for approx. 6 months, Paying $520 a week rent.

Weight is approx 5 to 6 tonne and requires a hiab and truck to be moved from current location, at buyers expense.
