Hi S2012 Thanks for your message Yes the couches are lovely. They are brand new. No stains nor marks nor damage. Cushions are not included sorry and no scotchguard. The Fabric is very good quality and should be hard wearing.. best of luck callum167 (1) • Monday, 20 May 2024
