Same as classic mid-century furniture, using genuine wood veneer, instead of fake wood veneers commonly used nowadays.
Even placed among many sideboards in my workshop, I always find my eyes drawn to it. The wonders of nature create mesmerizing patterns.
After several years, if it becomes old, simply sanding it lightly and applying Danish oil could restore it to original glory.
Base made of stainless steel in brush finish, with an extension part made of Cocobolo wood [Upcycled from vintage walking stick].
Minimalist sideboard, also can be used as a TV console or a Hi-Fi cabinet [If the buyer requests, cable holes can be drilled in the back panel before pickup.]
Three adjustable shelves(2 short, 1 long), pin holes with embeded solid brass sockets, shelf pins in solid brass too. One vinyl section with solid brass dividers. Five doors with soft close hinges. Frames and shelves made in 20mm plywood, solid and sturdy.
As it is handcrafted rather than factory-made, there may be slight imperfections.

Questions & Answers (2)
Could you please supply dimensions. Length, depth, total height. Internal height and depth of cabinet. Thanks d***o (1440 • 10:38 am, Mon, 20 May )Thanks for asking. I added dimensions and inner size to listing description. coolookthings (571 • Monday, 20 May 2024 )The legs, how well are they mounted to the base of the cabinet? What sort of weight do you think that they could handle? Would you have it packaged up for transport included in the sale? Would the legs be removed for transport? Regards D d***o (1440 • 8:03 am, Thu, 23 May )The base is stable. I can drag the sideboard around on the timber floor without any issues. Not made up of individual steel legs, but rather larger bases embedded into the wood bottom. no problem with the weight capacity, although no specific numbers. I use one myself as a Hi-Fi cabinet, placing amplifier, radio, cd player, record player, and a heavy reel-to-reel. I can do packaging for buyer. The legs can be removed or keep attached. Thanks. coolookthings (571 • Thursday, 23 May 2024 )
