Awesome table for stretching and relaxing the spine. I would read a book or listen to some music whilst I used it. Rocking back and forth in a horizontal position is supposedly good for the blood flow. Unfortunate for me, my spine is in too bad of shape to use it. It's been kept in our bedroom and in immaculate condition. It's a must pick up. I really don't want to take it apart. You're welcome to dismantle it, however.
