Imagine being in your fitted out home before Winter!

All the hard work has been done to get this to a weathertight shell stage. Customise the layout/finishes etc to exactly how you want - a significant advantage to waiting weeks or months to be ready to fit it out

I had plans of Mid Century Modern grandeur for this beauty (with dinner parties spilling out of the full-height living area onto a huge deck), though a variety of personal (and process) reasons mean I'm setting my sights on a much smaller, travel-able project!

Specs/Info: 9m long (plus drawbar) by 3.1m wide and 4.2m high from the ground Plus HUGE (steel framed) mezzanine with dropped down walkway (I'm 5'3" and can stand upright)

Trailer: Triple axle, detachable trailer from Superior Trailers (Heathcote)

Frame: Structural Insulated Panels from Formance (Woolston) - 115mm walls and 165mm roof panels, making it super warm inside too

Cladding: Premium quality Abodo Vulcan WB10 (hidden fixing, thermally treated) flat shiplap, run horizontally, in 'Nero' stain

Roof/back wall/top band: Black Trapezoidal Colorsteel, run vertically

Joinery: Black double-glazed aluminium windows & doors from Raylight Aluminium. Rated for high wind zone- bifold door/window, top windows and sliding window all MASSIVE 2400mm wide

The original contract was through EcoSpace in AKL and the shell build was contracted to award winning Irving Builders in CHC

Inside is raw SIPs (I had planned on sanding the stamps off and sealing to leave the warm wood tone as is, but they can be painted, stained or 'Gibbed' over)

Channels/draw wires for electrical are in (have Electrician recommendation), plumbing doesn’t go in the walls (had plans to hide behind cabinetry through the kitchen and bathroom) and is all down one end, so super easy to do

Currently near Rolleston (have truck transport recommendation who moved it a short distance for me already)
