Oscar is a 15.2 rose gold thoroughbred who has been with us for 4 years. He is 14 years old. During the time Oscar has been with us he has taught my daughter a lot about riding, and looking after such a cool horse. He's jumped 1M regularly with his previous owners at all the shows in the area. With us he's taken my daughter from 60cm - 1M, all things Pony Club, Farm rides and Estuary rides with mates. He's super easy to load, drench, dentist, ride in groups and with the farrier. He’s good with dogs, pigs, cows and sheep. When you catch him, he always bustles up ready for the plan. Loves going out and about, the more the better. He likes being paddock with someone and he's generally at the bottom of the herd. Loves been groomed, stands super still, even the cat likes sitting him!

Annie and Oscar have regular jump lessons with David Collett when he comes to our area. Oscar loves carrots, any kind of food and loves scratches. Annie will leave him tacked up, untied while she's gets something she's forgotten. He patiently waits for her! He has a lovely rhythmic canter and has a turn of speed in the jumping arena, and has been the safest jumping horse my daughter has ridden. He loves a kind but firm leader. Home is really important for this beloved horse. Oscar would enjoy a young confident rider or an older rider who wants to have fun. He can be competitive or as relaxed as you want to be. Experienced home a must. Videos on request
