I am selling my demo pair of the fantastic Canary Audio M500 Monoblocks.

All Canary Audio products are hand made in California.

The M500s are a pair of push pull Monoblocks using 4 x 300B tubes per side to give a healthy 50watts RMS. You get the smooth musical presentation of the 300B tube with some very useable grunt courtesy of the 4 x 300B tubes per side in push pull mode.

They are especially beloved of Living Voice / Definitive Audio in UK.

When this model was first released a few years ago I asked Kevin Scott of Definitive Audio what he thought of them. This is the man who imports and sells Kondo/Audionote in the UK and who manufacturers the $400,000 Living Voice Vox Olympian Speakers. So he has some serious audiophile credentials..!!...and he has Kondo to compare them to!

NZ retail price for these is $25,000 and that does not include the 300B tubes.

I have them fitted with Shuguang black "TREASURE" valves,which if you bought new, are about $400 each so $3200 for the 8 in total.

So if bought new with those Treasure tubes you would be paying over $28,000 for the M 500 amps......

There are in excellent condition with no marks or scratches.

Whilst being on demo they have performed flawlessly and they will be sold with a six month warranty to reflect that.

They will only be offered on Trademe for a short while before being advertised on the international sites so treat yourself to a taste of the high end for a mid range price.
