Due to a change in direction and our entry into the Australian market with our core bedding lines Vendella is looking to sell some of the product categories that don’t align with our 3–5-year objectives.

We’re looking to sell these product lines, suppliers’ details, and a list of 200 customers who have brought in the last 12 months for the cost of the stock (170k) and a nominal goodwill figure of 50k.

Chefs & Students Restaurants & Cafes Party Hire Companies Convention and Events Centres Wineries Hotels & Resorts F&B Depts Commercial Laundries

The product range is made up of;

Table Linen – Tablecloths and Napkins (Caress brand which is well respected in the market)

Apparel – Chefs Jackets & Trousers, Chef & Waiters aprons, Butchers Aprons.
