Sale Reason: Forgot I had purchased this. Ended up getting my money back through work, had different iPads, went abroad and only just realised I have a brand new deice.
Condition: BRAND NEW. Box opened to activate the Serial Number of device for AppleCare. Never turned on, activated or used. Never replaced under warranty.

That means you get free repairs and replacements including express - where they send you new one first - until October 2024. Use it, before it expires call Apple, say you're battery is playing up, get a new one. Or if you drop it, scratch/crack/water, don't panic, they'll send you a new one. I have never had to use warranty or repairs on Apple devices so this thing is going to be fine for a long time.
