This is a 13 step spiral staircase originally in a jewellery shop in gisborne pre 1900s was pulled out of a house in Auckland during renovations. Very beautiful detailed cast iron complete with hand rails and uprights. Viewing is welcome and delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Would consider sand blasting priming and painting to desired colour also at buyer's extra cost.
