No. It is a MSR universal as shown in both the photo and description. The difference is as below, taken from Google. "MSR Whisperlight Universal VS Whisperlight InternationalSo basically these stoves are nearly identical except for one major difference. The Whisperlight International ONLY burns liquid gas.
