I had this stunning bespoke table top specifically made to order in Auckland some years back to create an aged 'French provincial ' look.

Made from recycled tongue & groove wide floor boards - think the timber may be vintage pine (not 100% on this....). All finished with a lite white-washed finished to evoke that farmhouse look.

The trestle legs were sourced from ikea - they are called the 'mittback trestle' leg in beech. These too were given a very lite white-wash finished to soften the timber colour to match the table top. These are exceptionally sturdy but also so practical with the adjustable height to suit as well as provide a 'tilt' option for those who want to use the surface on a slant. Very clever design.

Table total heights: With trestle fully extended (peg at top hole) - overall height of finished table = 94.2cm With trestle fully reduced (no peg inserted) -overall height of finished table = 72.5cm With trestle reduced (peg at #1 hole) -overall height of finished table = 76cm
