Very Rare " Mrs Popes" Plastic Xmas bag. Only bought out once a year these plastic bags. Do ur own research on Mrs Pope? She was a very popular lady and so was her Shop for many years, she was In the Christchurch Museum also. This bag and Mrs Popes shop, was only in Christchurch City, so it's a great kiwi Memorabilia to have for a future investment. Or if your were a fan of this shop then snap it up fast.

The bags in Good Condition for its age, ( has a few little holes) but u can clearly see its " Mrs Pope's " Xmas bag " Your first choice store. I also manage to salvage the Newspaper clipping to prove the bags an Original Xmas bag and only once a year it came out? So, this Plastic bag is very rare indeed. Not sure if their are any others who stil have this bag? Maybe it's the only bag left? Or if their are still any around.

The Newspaper was 1990 at the time, 3 years later 1993 the Shops( Mrs Popes) Closed down. Very happy I found this plastic bag and the Newspaper to go with it.
