Yoga's new Messiah --Sunday Times, You Magazine I love, love, love these DVDs. They are wonderful Kundalini workouts and are done in fifteen minutes segments that include a warm up, specific chakra exercises, and exercises with mantras. My only little complaint is that sometimes Maya talks while you are supposed to be chanting a mantra and in a couple instances it becomes very hard to focus on saying the chant correctly (and repeatedly) while also trying to absorb what she is saying about the benefits of the chant. It was very frustrating the first couple of times listening to the 7th chakra DVD and trying to do the guru chant at the end, but I've become more accustomed to it and know the chant a bit better so I can still keep up. Other than that small complaint, I really enjoy the DVDs and have the full set for the 7 chakras.

About the Actor Maya is a K.R.I certified Kundalini Yoga teacher born in Macedonia and now based in both Los Angeles and England. Having practiced a variety of yoga methods for years, Maya trained to be a Kunalini teacher under Shiv Charan Singh at teh Karam Kriya School in London.
