Nothing special about them really. The requirements they asked for is like a bank and they are not that helpful. If I need to give them 20%-%25 deposit, I may just get a loan from a bank. The advertisement is quite deceitful and they dont provide 90% loan and they do not help self-employed really. Waste of time and not recommended.
