📍 Ashburton, Canterbury 🕒 30–40 hours per week (flexible depending on candidate) 💼 Accounts | Payroll | Admin | Agriculture
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Agricultural Accounts Administrator to join Lovett Family Farms Ltd. This is a varied, hands-on office role supporting accounts, payroll, and general administration across a large-scale farming business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & invoice processing
- Payment runs (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Account payable reporting
- Regular Payroll processing & support (shared role)
- Weighbridge processing
- Data entry & spreadsheets
- Health & Safety administration
- General office support
About You
- Accounts administration experience essential
- Payroll & PAYE knowledge
- Strong Excel & accounting system skills
- High attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to work in a team environment and on shared tasks and roles
- Accepting of change and prepared to be flexible in the work environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced farming environment
- Agriculture or horticulture experience is an advantage.
