Solo NZ Ltd is a subsidiary of SOLO® in Germany and has been bringing quality garden equipment to Kiwis for over 60 years!
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a varied role including sales support, customer service and admin duties to join our small team in our Hamilton based distribution centre.
In this position, you will provide support to our nationwide customer base, our Sales Representatives, and our friendly, hard-working internal team. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to use your skills in customer service, sales support, and administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need to enjoy talking with customers, answering their questions, and helping provide solutions to their challenges. Clear, polite communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, high attention to detail, and experience with SAP or a similar system.
This role is crucial to our organisation as you are the link between us and our customer base. We are a small team so you will need to be flexible and willing to complete any necessary tasks within an office environment and sometimes even lend a hand in the warehouse.
