Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, the largest marketer of LPG across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a proactive Scheduler to join their high-performing operations team based in Hamilton, CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule LPG deliveries efficiently to meet customer demand and optimise delivery routes
- Collaborate with drivers, customer service representatives, and logistics teams
- Monitor and adjust delivery schedules in real time to maintain service levels
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
About You:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar operations role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Comfortable using scheduling or ERP software systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the utilities or energy sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with customer management systems is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and a professional, solution-focused attitude
