A vintage silver-plated large skeleton key form combination wine bottle corkscrew and bottle opener made from Manhattan's '21' Club restaurant. Manufactured by English silversmith P.H. Vogel & Co. of Birmingham circa 1950s
- Marked "REG No865704", "P.H.V. & Co" and "MADE IN ENGLAND"
