Description
The Cross and Rows, Chester, Cheshire, England. This sketch/ water colour painting was given to my father in law who was a Lancaster navigator based in England during World War II Possibly created in 1878 or early 1900's or sketched and painted during World War II This could be quite a rare sketch as they are difficult to find from that era.
I don't know anything about the artist except that it was painted in Chester, England. I can't quite read the writing, but will try to enlarge the signature for clarification. Measurements of wooden frame: 32cm x 27cm x 2cm Excellent condition. Professionally framed using non glare glass.
