An exceptional mid-century art glass vase by Val Saint Lambert, Belgium, circa 1960s. This striking piece features a deep cranberry-pink body with heavy clear crystal pulled overlay and sculptural side folds.

This design is consistent with pieces produced during the René Delvenne era at Val Saint Lambert in the 1960s, a period noted for bold colour use and dynamic blown forms.

Val Saint Lambert is one of Europe’s premier crystal houses, known for producing refined blown and cut glass since 1826. An excellent example for collectors of European glass.
