Ten notes, one of each of the last of the old design (Brash Type I) and one of each of the first AA prefix of the new design (Brash Type II) in magnificent presentation album. All have matching serial number 999863, the Type I $100 being of the Russell signature as no Brash notes were issued.
Bertrand catalogue value as individual notes $3,360 - the 5 Brash Type I final prefix notes catalogue at $2,760, and the set of 1992-93 notes with matching numbers catalogue at $800, a total of $3,560.
Album Number 138, and one of only 156 issued by tender.
