A properly early banknote for you from 1909 with an Iosif Andreyevich Soiko-Mikheyev (IASM) signature, in a 10 rouble (ruble) denomination.

It's got some rust/stain spots and some small holes, folding, wear etc per the photos. Still, an otherwise good, complete specimen for your international banknote collection.
