Rare collectors item. Not currently working. 1970-80’s manufacture date. Rare 2nd hour hand, with 3 hour time difference.
To anyone wondering, the red segments are a window in time where the ship would not transmit any radio signal and monitor distress frequencies, later, there were added green segments where a different distress frequency was monitored
