Description
This beautiful French antique mantle clock was fully overhauled by The Clock Clinic in Whangaparaoa with no expense spared and $3,000 cost. It does chime, but we have that turned off.
The clock has come through my Wife's family since new - thought to be purchased from W Littlejohn & Sons in Wellington around the turn of the century - the suggestion is somewhere between 1890 and 1900.
It works perfectly and is only for sale as my Wife (being an artist) considers it does not fit with her modern concept of worthiness - I love it, but for the sake of peace in the house, it is to be reluctantly sold.
