Ultra Cameo (UCAM) is a, Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC), grade for Proof coins that feature extreme, bold contrast between heavily frosted, white-colored raised devices (design elements) and deeply mirrored, black-looking fields (backgrounds) on both sides. It signifies the highest level of cameo contrast, making these coins rare, highly desirable, and more valuable than standard or lightly frosted proofs.
Only 1000 of the Elephant Privy were minted. This coin is rare indeed, and does not even appear on eBay.
