Description
I'm offering something for the serious collector, an arrowhead money from ancient Greece, Istros, a form of bronze proto-money. It has a nice green patina, 40mm long from the 5th-6th centuries BCE. It is in a cardboard coin holder with the original typed description by Leon G. Morel, who was one of NZ top ranking dealers and a collector back in the day. I will also offer the catalog I bought it from, with the illustrated entry, a photocopied booklet, 12 pages of listings from 1998. It's 100% genuine with this provenance, and as these dealers did, I'll offer a money-back guarantee if it's proven not genuine. This is a piece of New Zealand collecting history, as Leon passed away in 2019. I'll offer these items once only.
