Description
The Silver Philharmonic is the only annually minted Silver Bullion coin denominated in euros. These Silver coins are rapidly gaining worldwide popularity with their .999 purity and beautiful design featuring instruments of the Vienna Philharmonic. Minted first in 2008, this coin has quickly become the most well-known and highest minted Silver Bullion coin in all of Europe.
The reverse features a variety of orchestral instruments, including the cello, harp, bassoon and french horn. WIENER PHILHARMONIKER (Vienna Philharmonic) and SILBER (silver) are engraved. The obverse depicts the Great Organ of the Golden Hall in one of Austria’s most famous concert halls, the Musikverein. REPUBLIK OSTERREICH, in addition to the coin’s purity, denomination and year of mintage are inscribed.
Multiples of 20 or more Silver coins will come in tubes or protective plastic. Random year Silver Austrian Philharmonics are dates of our choosing and are limited to the stock on hand.
Please note that these coins are not brand new and although they are in good condition, silver tarnishes over time and these coins might have discolouration.
