Description

Issued by the UK Home Office to households across UK in 1938-9, in anticipation of a possible war, this 36 page booklet is a snapshot of that time and place.

Found among my grandfather's books and papers on clearing out my mother's attic in 2010.

This would be of interest to any collector of World War Two memorabilia.

In good condition for its age - the staples are rusty but the pages are clean and readable. It doesn't look like anyone actually read it at the time.
