Original 60+ year vintage Bus route map, with all the information the 1956 commuter would need to navigate their way around good ol' London town...

Includes -

Map of the Central area Index of bus routes, numbers and destinations etc.

Also includes details of the long-defunct trolleybus routes, taken out of service in 1962.

Covers from Uxbridge to Hornchurch and Potters Bar to Coulsdon, locations to stir the blood of any casual traveller... On the rear there is a more detailed map of the central area.

Fold-out format 1956 edition. 17.5" x 23"... or, 445mm x 585mm format, approx.

An excellent, vintage reference copy. Small bumps and scuffs to edges and covers, just the usual signs of light reading and storage wear.

After the tourist has finished planning his / her routs, the item is folded over and over upon itself, with 23 folds, in total. Apart from these obviously neccessary folds, there are no other undue creases.
