This is a genuine antique brooch, either 9 or 15ct (not tested but guaranteed minimum 9ct gold). Total weight is 4.01 grams The heart shaped citrine is claw set complemented by 6x seed pearls and a textured finished heart that swings on the mounting rings. There has been a small repair to the back which does not detract from the look at all ( see close up photo) I guarantee this to be a genuine antique brooch and minimum 9 ct gold)
