Stunning very sparkly sapphire and diamond Art Deco cluster crafted in 9ct gold, with a palladium setting. During the second world war platinum was diverted to the war effort and palladium was used instead. A fabulous engagement ring or treat yourself ! The sapphire is emerald cut 0.98ct and is a dark greenish blue, and medium commercial grade. There are some very tiny nibbles seen only under a 15x loupe.. There are fourteen grain and rub over set diamonds G-J in colour , VS-l1 clarity with a total carat weight of 0.21ct. They are F-G in colour .
This ring was crafted in in the 1940''s and is a S1/2 fitting which is a large size. Is suitable for resizing and currently weighs 2.68 grams.
Will come with the pictured valuation dated 12th December 2023 which puts it market value at $1600 and it replacement value at $2800.00
