For sale 1x 2/1 RNZIR beret badge and 'Birk's credit card (white & black plastic backing to badge).
The white & black backing to the beret badge were introduced in 1980 as a dress distinction by then CO 2/1 RNZIR, Lt Col A.L. Birks and were originally cloth.
The beret badge is the twin screw type pin backed version.
The white & black backings are increasingly hard to find.
