This is a 3 draw Mark IV sniper and signalling telescope as used by the British and Imperial Forces from 1915. It was also used by artillery observers for searching for targets and adjusting fire.

The telescope is marked - Dollond London "Signalling" No. 13229. The telescope comes complete with two interchangeable eye pieces marked - Low and High. The optics are clear.

There are no dents in the brass and the draws move well.

The leather-work is in good serviceable condition, and is complete as when issued. The condition is as shown in the photographs.

This is a rare item of a complete Mark IV telescope.
