Source: Developed these from the estate lot of a RNZAF Pacific Armourer's collection. I am told by another enthusiast that in WW2, the 3 designs were pull-outs from a magazine at the time, but very few people have all 3. That would hold true for me because there is a clear line down the middle that you can see, even with my fixing up the digital copy. I can add that on the originals the back of them is blank.
