Some help with these would be much appreciated

Houselot of items from an estate of a 97 year old , lots of antiques, vintage items including tools , LPs, furniture ,pottery and porcelain,tins,coins, books,Art Deco items ,jewellery,maps the list goes on I have a lot to get through ,please add me as a favourite if these kind of items are of interest , I do my best to Google or search trademe for what things are worth ,I am open to reasonable offers
