Wonderful wooden Maori carving nut cracker bowl with mallet. Brass centre and on mallet for cracking nuts, inlaid paua as well. Unsure of type of wood.
Carved by S.E Chapman who was trained by noted carver Rongomai Chapman was also a significant collector of Maori artifacts.
Good vintage condition Postage can be arranged, welcome to come view and or pick up from Morrinsville Hospice shop during business hours.
