Very rare double booth telephone circa 1950's Reputedly from Picton or Blenheim. Resided indoors with much pride and great tourism enthusiasm at Christchurch's Stonehurst Hotel reception from 1991 until the earthquake uplifted it in 2011. This much photographed Kiwi relic is now fully repainted and resplendent in its red and green 'phone booth' colours. The glass is in good condition except for a crack in on panel as pictured. The complete phone booth can be flat packed and easily assembled if need be. This would make an excellent garden shed or even an interior sound booth.
