The LEGO set 107 is the 4.5V Motor Set (also known as the Universal Motor Set), which was released in 1976 as part of the Basic/Universal Building Set theme. It includes a motor and various wheel and axle options to motorize models. The box has been opened once and assesmbled but not battery installed. The accessory pack comes with it.
