It is approx. 30 years old, and we purchased 5 years ago through Trademe. It has always had its place in our main living area, and we’ve enjoyed many hours listening to great music while admiring its cool colour features.

There has been no repair issues since owning it. We replaced 1 x straight bubble tube 4 years ago, 1 x curved bubble tube needs changing out now, we have the new tube for this to be done, just haven't got around to doing so.

A bit about this Jukebox:

The NSM Nostalgia Gold II Bubbler is a replica “Bubbler” style CD jukebox that blends 1950s "Golden Age" aesthetics with 1990s digital technology, featuring a 100-CD capacity and a visible vertical playing mechanism. Released in the mid-1990s as a successor to the original Nostalgia Gold, it is often sought after by collectors for its iconic bubbler tubes and Art Deco styling.

Like other jukebox manufacturers, following the success that Wurlitzer had with their "One More Time" model bubbler, NSM introduced their version which they called “The Nostalgia Gold”. It is frequently praised for its meticulous reproduction of the iconic Wurlitzer 1015 look, featuring rotating colour cylinders and 8 percolating air-filled bubble tubes. It is housed in a beautiful wooden cabinet. The chrome trim is real chrome plated metal. It is almost the identical height, width, and depth of the Wurlitzer as well. It's a beautiful jukebox and sounds great too!
