Description
Bought from an antique shop many years back, are these French copper and brass saucepans (I thought they were measuring cups).
I’ve google image searched and come to find these are very collectible.
This style, particularly in small sizes and with brass or iron handles, is very characteristic of vintage or traditional French copper cookware.
Most likely made around 1900, No makers mark. They have a natural patina fitting with this age. Interior likely tin, whatever it is, neither outside or inside are magnetic.
I’ve inc two photos of listings on Etsy showing prices commanded for this type of thing.
Small takes just over 200 ml, med 300 and large 500, all approx measurements. Pics of sizes attached.
Pick up city end of Karori 6012 or I can send at your cost. Will package well.
