Measures 160mm x 130mm, made of blue enamel on metal with brass knob on top. I have no idea what maybe a Ticket Dispenser? this is if anyone can help, the central internal rotating piece seems fixed in place. Is aged with some rust at a corner joint, dusty with general surface ware and surface grime, still seems sound. Will need a good cleanup to look its best. Sold in as is condition only so please ask questions to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
