An unused pair of two of a brown cinderella label-stamp: "Youth Congress Day, 9th August."

The illustration shows a worker using a pick, and a woman carrying a load on her head, and wheat growing.

Sadly it does not indicate the year. But I asked an Indian friend, who tells me that the Hindi script at the top is the same as the English at the foot. The band along the centre says "work hard for success."

Here for auction is a pair of this interesting agriculture stamp. Mint unhinged, and in tidy, clean condition.
