Nazi Occupation of Poland Official stamp set

Poland was invaded by Nazi Germany on 1 September 1939. About 5.6 million Polish citizens died as a result of the German occupation. The Jews were singled out by the Germans for a quick and total annihilation and about 90 percent of Polish Jews (close to three million people) were murdered as part of the Holocaust. Jews, Poles, Romani people, and prisoners of many other ethnicities were killed en masse at Nazi extermination camps, such as Auschwitz & Treblinka. Hitler had plans to turn the Poles into mindless slave labor and sent almost anybody who was anybody, including ALL artists, politicians, academics, and the influential elite to their deaths in extermination camps.

I ship on the same day when you pay, or when you ask me to do so - unless life gets in the way (cooking, washing, kids, husband, work...) but I try my best. I leave feedback when I ship so that you have a record of when your items were sent.

I'm a collector of Germany WWII-ish material as well as some other bits and bobs. So this is probably what you will mostly see in my listings. I am not a full-time dealer, a mere hobbyist so don't shoot me when I get something wrong :)
