The surface still has enough soft tooth to enable the pastel artist to do multiple layers of pastel without the need for fixative. The surface is also suitable for oil colours, acrylics, inks, oil pastels, gouache, watercolours and dry media such as charcoal/pencils and coloured pencils. Please note - The product jar in the product imagery is for the 'Original' Colourfix Primer, although the product sold on this page is the Colourfix Smooth Primer.
