Artist Canvas studio Quality.
The canvas used is all natural, medium grain and has been triple coated with a universal primer to create an excellent surface for oils or acrylics. It is a reasonably heavy canvas at 280 grams per square metre.
(Copy paper is 80gsm so it is 3.5 times heavier than copy paper.) Thus it is a dense surface to paint on and is also unlikely to sag over time.
The frame is mitred at each corner. The wooden frame is 15mm thick.
