A neat antique painting of a farm scene with a barn or house. (I take it to be an oil) as per photos. (except that camera flash can change colours & shades etc and make things look brighter & better than they really are) It is signed, but I can not make out the signature. It has the signature & a date of 1912. It does look quite neat & well done. The painting itself looks good, odd little marks and spots, but I think it is fine. I take it to be an oil, because it is quite textured, but could be wrong, could be an acrylic, so is sold as is, whatever it is. It is glassed and the glass needs a clean, inside & out to make look better. The surround card has some marks and creases, but again, quite livable for an old painting. Frame measures approx 470mm x 300mm and what you can actually see of the painting is approx 300mm x 150mm. The frame has marks & grazes etc, but all quite livable. Great for someone who just likes the painting, or better, who knows who the artist is.

Measurements are given, so compare those measurements with something you already have to give you a good idea of size. There are a number of photos, hopefully enough, to try & give a good indication of state and condition etc, and to help you decide its value to you & its suitability to your use or purpose, whatever that may be. So PLEASE, use those photos to help you see & gauge its faults, condition and other things you may want to know. And if not sure, ask a question !!!!
